We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, reliable, competent and committed Sales Executives to join our Sales Team, who can take complete end-to-end ownership of Outbound Sales and enable and drive business growth, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
This job requires Full time working on field and we are looking for immediate joiners with experience in Business Growth.

Work Location : 22-23-24, Dharma Industrial Estate, Gat Number 74-75, Jyotiba Nagar, Talwade, Nigdi, Pune 411 062
Work Timings : 9 am to 6 pm between Friday to Wednesday and weekly off on Sunday
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote products and services.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide product and service information to customers and answer any questions they may have.
Handle objections and negotiate deals effectively.
Continuously update product and industry knowledge to stay informed about new products, features, and market trends.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to support sales initiatives and increase sales effectiveness.
Supplement, track, and be held accountable to all applicable KPIs
Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
Identifies prospects through various lead generation activities, including tradeshow, direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling on key industry players and referral program
Calls on prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process and criteria, and their needs
Overcoming customer objections effectively through applying advanced solution selling skills
Create and manage an exceptional customer experience
Provide superior brand representation while maintaining high quality standards
Be open and flexible to take up additional organizational level responsibilities outside the scope of work in case of organizational need/requirements
Associates having own vehicle (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) would be preferred as the job involves extensive travelling
Open to travel to other cities for closing sales and exhibition participation, as and when required
Skills/personal qualities:

Strong network in Food and Gifting industry would be preferred
