Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our LD Team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. This role involves traveling to meet clients, understanding their requirements, and driving sales growth through direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients using solid sales techniques.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
Collaborate with internal teams, including inside sales, supply chain, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Prepare and submit sales reports, visit logs, and forecasts.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
o Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred: Experience in the electronics/components/ LED distribution industry is a plus.
