Mantain & organise Sales Information
Implement Sales Process to improve Sales Closure
Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company\'s services and products
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling offer to order processing to deliver of service.
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
Coordinate with inside sales team by managing schedules, submitting offers and communicating relevant information
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Expected Skillset:
A Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
One or more years\' experience in sales
Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous
Good team development and leadership skills
Experience in using CRM Software
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Required Skills Time discipline, Effective communication skill, Team Working Skills
