Key Responsibilities:
• Finding Potential Customers:
• Identify and target businesses such as laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and other industries that require commercial washing machine accessories.
• Use networking, cold calls, and market research to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Selling IFB Products:
• Promote and sell IFB accessories like detergents, fabric softeners, and other related consumables to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Educate clients on the benefits of using IFB-approved products for optimal machine performance.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain ongoing communication and identify new opportunities for sales.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, orders, and payments.
• Submit regular sales and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education:
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in field sales and lead generation is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Other Requirements:
• Male candidates preferred due to fieldwork and travel requirements.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
