Job description
We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in designated areas. Your goal: build relationships, close deals, and boost revenue. If you're outgoing, results-focused, and love connecting with people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Partner Identification:
- Identify and evaluate potential retail partners and distributors aligned with our brand values and target demographic.
- Conduct market research to assess retail landscape and competition in targeted regions.
2. Partnership Development:
- Initiate contact and negotiate terms with prospective retail partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized retail solutions and ensure alignment with brand standards.
3. Store Activation and Brand Representation:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new retail partners, including training staff on product knowledge and brand messaging.
- Ensure optimal in-store visibility through effective merchandising and point-of-sale materials.
4. Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sell-through and achieve revenue targets within retail channels.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management on key metrics and market insights.
5. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term partnership growth and revenue generation.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
