Responsible for expanding our customer base, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the sales of our fertilizer and manure products to agricultural businesses, farms, and distributors.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of our products in the designated territory.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
Identify potential customers, including farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and distributors, and build relationships with them.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
Regular travel to meet customers, assess market needs, and actively promote our products and solutions.
