Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ?25,000 in-hand + ?5,000 fuel allowance + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives for door-to-door sales in Bengaluru. The

role involves explaining our software solutions to business owners and showing how it

can help grow their business. Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is required. Daily

reporting to the HSR Layout office is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

? Conduct door-to-door sales and pitch our software to potential customers.

? Communicate effectively in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

? Build and maintain client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.

? Submit daily reports and attend training sessions to improve performance.

Requirements:

? Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

? Experience in field sales preferred.

? Strong communication and persuasion skills.

? Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to work in the field.
