Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Glass Partition and Modular Furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within a designated region. You will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our high-quality glass partition systems and modular furniture solutions to commercial, industrial, and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development & Lead Generation:
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the commercial, corporate, and construction sectors.
• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new potential clients, and competitor activity.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements, offer recommendations, and present product solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and post-installation support.
• Product Knowledge & Sales Presentations:
• Stay up-to-date with product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value proposition of glass partitions and modular furniture solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the design, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and expand the company's presence in the market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
