Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with retailers, and expanding
our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
l Visit retail stores to introduce our products and establish relationships with retailers.
l Identify and analyze retailers' product needs and current inventory.
l Promote our products and highlight their benefits to retailers.
l Manage objections and negotiate sales terms to close deals.
l Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
l Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demand.
l Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on orders.
Requirements:
l Any graduate is fine.
l Proven experience in B2B distributor dealer field sales minimum 2 years , preferably in the
l manufacturing or FMCG sector.
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
l Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
l Good organizational and time-management skills.
l Familiarity with daily APP based software reporting is a plus.
l Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
