Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our sales team as Field Executives. As part of our growing medical EdTech company, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative educational solutions for medical professionals and institutions. This role involves on-ground, face-to-face sales interactions, ideal for freshers with a passion for healthcare and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Visit medical colleges, hospitals, nursing schools, and other healthcare institutions to promote and sell our educational products tailored for medical students and professionals.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients by engaging directly with decision-makers such as educators, medical faculty, and institutional administrators.
• Product Demonstration: Conduct in-person product demos to showcase our EdTech platforms, including virtual labs, medical simulations, and e-learning courses, explaining their benefits to medical education.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field, including faculty, students, and administrators.
• Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by enrolling institutions or individuals in our programs.
• Market Feedback: Gather insights from interactions with customers, including common queries or concerns, and provide feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of field visits, customer engagements, and progress using the company's CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably life sciences, healthcare, or business-related). Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with medical professionals and institutional heads with confidence and clarity.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to reaching out to potential clients.
• Sales Acumen: Enthusiasm for sales and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with the medical field, healthcare education, or a strong interest in medical technology and education.
• Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling varied customer needs.
• Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with extensive local travel and frequent face-to-face meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,340.87 - ?30,251.15 per month
