As a Sales Executive specializing in communication services, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to generate revenue by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their communication needs and propose tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our communication services, emphasizing value propositions and ROI.
Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and customize service packages to meet their objectives.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure deals and close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients
