Job Title: Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with a year of experience in sales who is looking to further their career in a dynamic and competitive environment. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

Job Details:

• Shift: Day shift
• Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: ?25,000 to ?30,000 per month
• Experience Required: 1 year in sales (preferably in the ISP sector)
• Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
• Vacancy: 1 for Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Sales Execution: Drive sales and meet targets by actively engaging with potential customers and presenting our services.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients in your assigned territory, focusing on expanding our customer base.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales reports to the management team, including insights on customer feedback and market conditions.
• Field Work: Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, deliver presentations, and close deals.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, including dress code and code of conduct.

Requirements and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in the ISP or related industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
