Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Fresher)

Job Location: Haryana

Salary: Rs.15,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month

We are looking for dynamic and motivated freshers to join our sales team as Field Sales Executives. The role involves working closely with dealers and distributors to promote and sell our products while building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Regularly visit dealers and distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
• Promote company products and services, and provide product training if required.
• Address dealer/distributor queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interaction

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in dealer/distributor management is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Must own a two- wheeler with a valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time
