As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for our FMCG and Mineral Water products in the Uttarakhand region. This is a field-based role that requires proactive engagement with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders to increase product visibility and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Uttarakhand.
• Identify and approach potential distributors and retailers to onboard new accounts and expand the distribution network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity, market trends, and consumer preferences, providing feedback to the management team.
• Implement promotional activities and campaigns to drive product awareness and increase sales volume.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and territory performance analysis.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and manage accounts receivable effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral and sales support materials tailored to the regional market.
• Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or Mineral Water industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required, knowledge of the local language would be an added advantage.
