Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting Medsflick's various services. This role involves traveling within the assigned territory to meet with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals, introducing them to Medsflick's platform, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential customers, including doctors, hospitals, and clinics, for Medsflick's services.
• Present and promote Medsflick's services like Medisync, RMP app, health packages, ambulance, and Prega cab services to healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve sales targets by actively promoting Medsflick services and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on how Medsflick helps patients choose the right hospital, particularly with government health card acceptance and available health packages.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities within the assigned territory to ensure continuous engagement.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and enhance service offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training to stay updated on company products and services.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, and health services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ?9,322.06 - ?20,400.88 per month
