Business Growth Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).

Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Reporting and Analytics: Track sales performance, prepare accurate sales reports, and analyze data to optimize sales strategies.

Territory Management: Effectively manage assigned sales territories, planning and executing sales activities efficiently.

Required Skills:

Sales Experience: Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the Field sales Pharma , Food sector.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and achieve favorable outcomes.

Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues and challenges.

Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.

Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company's products or services.

Education :-

Any Master's degree or Graduate

Experience :-

2 - 4 Year as Field Sales Executive

Salary:-

As per Candidates Eligibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:
