We at Shish Industries Ltd are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively follow up on sales leads generated through the CRM system to convert them into potential customers.
• Visit potential clients across India to present, promote, and sell products or services.
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships to foster long-term engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and optimise sales performance.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably field sales.
• Mandatory to travel across India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client interactions.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
