Position Overview :
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to generate leads, meet prospective clients, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and approach potential clients for solar solutions.
• Conduct site visits and explain product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
• Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in field sales (experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• A goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools (preferred).

Salary : Up to ?25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
