Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the broadband sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting our broadband services, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their internet experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our broadband products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the broadband or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of broadband technologies and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
