Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities and potential clients within the building materials, chemicals, and sanitary ware sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Analyze market data and adjust sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range and effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements and contracts.
• Follow up on leads and prospects to close sales and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing any queries or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any post-sale concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in industrial sales, with a focus on building materials, chemicals, sanitary ware, or similar products.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
