: Field Sales Executive (Goa & Gujarat Region)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Goa and Gujarat regions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. This role involves direct sales, relationship building, and achieving sales targets by promoting our healthcare products and services to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and expand customer base in the assigned regions (Goa and Gujarat).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Promote and demonstrate healthcare products and services to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the management team.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales deals effectively.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated with the latest market developments.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the local market dynamics and client base in Goa and Gujarat is an advantage.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages spoken in Goa/Gujarat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
