1.New Business Acquisition for Customised IT products:

Identify and research potential clients and target Potential clients to generate new leads for customised IT products.

Proactively travel throughout MP to approach and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, Face to face meeting, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis and understand client requirements to effectively present the company's services as a solution.

2. .Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business deals from potential customers.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, other tracking tools.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and sales pipelines to monitor progress,.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering or a related field.

Minimum experience of 2-3 years in field sales.

Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques

Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent presentation and persuasive selling skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Proficiency in using Computer and having excellent command over Word, Excel etc.
