Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell cosmetic products to clients and retail partners Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Conduct in-store demonstrations and presentations Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery Stay updated on market trends and competitor products

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2-4 years of sales experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG sector Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong customer service orientation Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven Willingness to travel locally for client visits and events
