Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing customers to present company products/services and generate sales.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if required).
