Job Description

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights to the management team to refine sales strategies.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Create daily/weekly reports on sales activities, progress, and performance.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the internal sales team, marketing department, and supply chain to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the sales manager for strategic planning and goal setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Overtime pay

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
