: Field Sales Executive (0-5 Years Experience)Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.

• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches and demonstrations to promote the company's products/services.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Insights: Gather and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients to close deals and address any queries.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 0-5 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a related role.
• Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
