Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the assigned territory, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the team to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
