Field Sales Executive

Job Description

The field sales manager will be responsible for managing sales activities and growing the customer and client base in the EV sector, as well as furniture and sound insulation products . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial product sales, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution :
• Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial products within the EV, furniture, and sound insulation sectors.
• Identify and target key accounts and new business opportunities within assigned areas.
• Conduct regular market analysis and adjust strategies to capitalize on market trends.
• Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in sales volume and market share.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with product offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company guidelines.
• Product Knowledge & Promotion :
• Promote and educate customers on the company's industrial product portfolio, including EV components, furniture solutions, and sound insulation materials.
• Provided in-depth technical support to clients and advised on product specifications, applications, and benefits.
• Stay updated with product developments and market trends in the EV, furniture, and sound insulation industries.
• Sales Reporting & Administration :
• Track and report on sales activities, progress against targets, and market feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence to management.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience :
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the industrial sector, with a focus on EV components , furniture , and/or sound insulation products .
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, with the ability to close complex deals.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of technical aspects related to EV, furniture, and sound insulation products.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs with tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,664.46 - ?25,531.87 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
