Client Engagement: Designation: Business Development Executive (BDE) Department: Field Sales Purpose of the Role:
- Achieve lasting customer success and higher profitability.
- Leverage company\xe2\x80\x99s strength to create client campaigns that provide maximum benefits with cost-effective investments.
- Drive sales and increase client acquisition, thereby generating revenue for our organization.
- Visit commercial establishments within the allocated area.
- Present the business offering and explain the benefits of the our brand to prospective clients.
- Provide demos and explain the advantages and features of our services.
- Collect qualitative business information from the businesses you visit and explain how it will be represented to our users.
- Explain the contract details, including features, tenure, and terms and conditions, to customers in detail.
- Answer customer queries and address any concerns they may have.
- Persuade business owners/managers to register with company as paid customers to enhance their business presence.
- Upload geo-coded photos to update profiles on the company\'s database.
- Send Key Parameter Monitor (KPM) reports to reporting managers daily.
- Submit contracts to the office with proper documentation.
- Ensure the contract cheque is cleared and the client\'s account is activated within Justdial.
- Adhere to compliance and departmental policies.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, or any other regional language.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to explain our services.
- Ability to understand and address client queries and doubts effectively.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and directions.

- CTC: \xe2\x82\xb92.76 LPA / \xe2\x82\xb93 LPA per annum + incentives + medical insurance
- Candidate should own a two-wheeler.
