We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing and Sales Executive with a passion for driving growth and building relationships in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the retail industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Identify and acquire new clients within the retail industry, including shop owners and showroom operators.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the retail sector.
• Promote company products/services through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and direct marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.

Client Engagement:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings and present tailored solutions to clients.
• Host presentations, workshops, or events to promote products/services to potential customers.
• Address client queries and provide effective after-sales support.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and analyze sales data to identify performance trends.
• Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and strategies.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in marketing or sales, with a focus on the retail industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
