Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Customer Acquisition

: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, visits, and referrals.

Sales Target Achievement

: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Product Promotion

: Effectively communicate the value proposition of products/services to customers.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Market Intelligence

: Monitor competitor activities and market trends and report insights.

Order Processing

: Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth order booking and delivery.

Follow-ups

: Ensure timely follow-up for payments, feedback, and repeat orders.

Reporting

: Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, conversions, and collections.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Education

: Graduate (any stream). Experience in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

Experience

: 1-3 years of field sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred).

Skills

: Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-centric attitude Self-motivated and target-driven Proficiency in using smartphones, apps, and basic CRM tools

Other

: Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable) Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
