We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive referrals.

- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations to close deals.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.

- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales strategies

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service and product development, to ensure alignment and support.

- Manage sales data, reports, and CRM systems to track performance and customer interactions.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of field sales experience in a related industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, presentation skills

- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
