Require Male Candidate for (Field Sales Executive)
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
• Identify potential clients in the non-trade and institutional sectors, and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients, understanding their needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend necessary adjustments to the sales strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HS Pass Required
• Strong understanding of the sales process, negotiation techniques, and sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with the North East market and its dynamics is a plus.
