Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and establishing strong relationships with clients in the field. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while ensuring their needs are met.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for strategy adjustments.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to the Sales Manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and promotions.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support and service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
