Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by meeting potential clients face-to-face, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills to promote our products/services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by generating leads, closing sales, and managing existing customer accounts.
• Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by conducting cold calls, attending networking events, and leveraging personal and professional contacts.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Demonstration and Presentation : Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Market Research : Gather feedback from customers, competitors, and market trends to assist in strategic planning.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system with relevant customer details, leads, and sales progress.
• Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and customer support.
• Travel : Regular travel within the assigned geographic region for in-person meetings with potential customers.
Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role. Experience in [Industry] is a plus.
• Skills :
