Position : Field Sales Executive (AC Sales)

Location : Bhopal, Indore

Job Type : Full-time

Reports To : Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling Air Conditioning (AC) units and related products to individual and business clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development :
• Promote and sell Air Conditioning (AC) units and services to prospective clients.
• Identify and approach new clients (residential, commercial, and industrial sectors).
• Generate leads through direct contact, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge and Demonstrations :
• Have a deep understanding of the AC products (features, benefits, specifications).
• Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of various AC models.
• Market Research :
• Study the local market trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on customer preferences, market needs, and competitive pricing.
• Sales Reporting :
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports, updating management on progress and sales performance.
• Installation and After-Sales Support :
• Coordinate with the installation team for timely product delivery and installation.
• Provide after-sales support to customers, ensuring a smooth installation process and satisfaction with the product.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
• Experience :
• 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, especially in AC sales, HVAC, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of AC products, features, and installation process.
• Other Requirements :
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (if required for traveling to client sites).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
