Field Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales by engaging directly with clients and customers in designated territories or regions. This role typically involves a mix of prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring the overall growth of sales revenue within their area. Field Sales Associates work outside the office environment, traveling to meet clients and attending trade shows, events, or retail sites.

• Sales and Client Acquisition
• Identify and approach potential clients in designated territories.
• Conduct presentations and demos to showcase the value of products or services.
• Persuade customers and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints.
• Market Research and Analysis
• Gather market information to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Report insights and opportunities to sales managers for strategic planning.
• Product Knowledge
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services to answer customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.
• Sales Reporting
• Track and report sales activities, leads, and closed deals using CRM tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports to evaluate progress toward sales goals.
Required Skills

Qualifications
