Role Overview:
The Field Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales through on-ground efforts, meeting clients, and promoting IT products and consultancy services. This role requires an energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of IT sales, and the ability to handle corporate clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales Operations:
• Visit clients on-site to promote IT products and services.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to build relationships.
• Showcase product demonstrations and provide technical insights.
• Lead Generation and Business Development:
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits and networking.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and follow up regularly.
• Client Handling:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and support.
• Marketing and Brand Promotion:
• Promote IT products and consultancy services during client interactions.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking meetings.
• Negotiation and Deal Closing:
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients.
• Close deals effectively and ensure timely delivery of services or products.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Document daily client visits and sales activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on field sales performance.
• Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to improve strategies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in lead generation and client handling
• Sound understanding of IT products, technical knowledge , and consultancy services
• Ability to manage corporate dealings effectively
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools

Additional Details:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related fields (preferred)
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi
