Job Description

The Field Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting educational programs and services, driving enrollment, and establishing relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners. This role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to travel and work in the field.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Outreach

• Identify and target prospective students and parents through various channels, including school visits, fairs, and community events.
• Promote educational programs and services offered by the institution, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
• Conduct presentations and information sessions to groups of students, parents, and educators.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.

Relationship Building

• Establish and maintain relationships with school counselors, teachers, and other key influencers.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and other relevant entities.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries generated from events and marketing campaigns.

Enrollment Support

• Assist prospective students and parents with the application and enrollment process, providing guidance and answering questions.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Track and report on enrollment metrics and progress towards sales targets.

Market Research and Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive offerings.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment goals.
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to improve campaigns and materials.

Event Planning and Participation

• Plan and participate in promotional events such as open houses, school fairs, and career days.
• Organize workshops and seminars to engage prospective students and parents.
• Ensure the institution's presence at relevant events and maintain a professional and appealing setup.

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating leads.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions
