This role combines hands-on recruitment expertise with operational oversight to ensure seamless workforce planning and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and hire blue-collar workers through job portals, referrals, local community outreach, and on-ground campaigns.
Conduct field interviews, skill assessments, and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
Build relationships with vocational training institutes, NGOs, and staffing agencies to create talent pipelines.
Manage onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and compliance with labor laws.
2. Operational Collaboration:
Partner with facility operations teams to understand staffing needs, workforce gaps, and service delivery challenges.
Monitor workforce performance and retention, addressing issues like attendance, productivity, and turnover.
Ensure recruitment aligns with project timelines, seasonal demands, and client-specific requirements.
