Job Title: Field Recruiter (Staffing)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ?15,000 per month + ESIC + TA

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and energetic candidates who have passed their 12th examination and are looking for an opportunity to work in the staffing and consulting field. The position is ideal for individuals who are keen to start their career in a dynamic work environment and work alongside a growing team.

As a Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in various staffing and consulting activities, supporting client needs, and learning about the business operations. This role offers a great learning experience and the opportunity for growth within the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.

- Help schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

- Maintain candidate database and update records as required.

- Support senior consultants in preparing reports and documentation.

- Communicate effectively with both candidates and clients.

- Handle client queries and provide administrative support.

- Participate in team meetings and help brainstorm ideas for improving staffing processes.

- Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening and job matching.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 12th pass (Minimum qualification).

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Willingness to learn and develop skills in staffing and consulting.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

- Local candidates from Jaipur preferred.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

- Should be comfortable working in an office-based environment.
