The company is looking Field Recruiter for hiring of Delivery Boys Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication would be an added advantage On the job training will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities: Visit hotspots and meet Delivery Boys who can join us. Explain salary and payment details to the riders and convince them to join us as Delivery Boys Conduct field activities like poster sticking and pamphlet distribution to generate leads Help newly joined riders to escalate and resolve their challenges for better retention Keep track of competitor rates and revise partner rates accordingly. Required Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in rider hiring, field sales, mobile network sales, field operations, business development, or offline marketing. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi Willingness and ability to continuously do field work Ability to operate smartphone Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 per month Benefits:
