We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Recruiter to join our team and take charge of on-ground recruitment efforts. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and recruiting skilled candidates for our domestic manpower services by going directly to the areas where candidates are located. This role requires hands-on fieldwork, networking, and the ability to evaluate the quality and experience of potential hires to meet our client's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Recruitment: Actively go on the ground to identify and engage potential candidates for roles such as cook, maid, and baby care providers.
• Candidate Sourcing: Build relationships in local communities and use various channels to find skilled, experienced domestic manpower that aligns with our clients' needs.
• Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and reliability.
• Information Collection: Gather necessary information from candidates, including work experience, availability, and specific skill sets relevant to the job roles.
• Document Verification: Collect required documents from candidates, such as ID proof, address proof, and any work experience certificates.
• Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with local contacts and candidates for a continuous flow of skilled personnel as needs arise.
• Reporting and Coordination: Work closely with the recruitment team to keep track of recruitment progress, and report regularly on field activities and candidate statuses.

Requirements:

• Experience: Must have experience in field sales or field recruitment. Experience in recruiting blue-collar workers is a plus.
• Own Vehicle: Must own a bike or scooty for travel to various locations within Bangalore.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and establish rapport with candidates.
• Documentation Skills: Attention to detail in verifying candidate documentation and completing recruitment records.
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel locally as required to meet recruitment needs.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and stay organized.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is a plus, along with basic English for communication.
