: Field Recruiter :-
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Recruiter to join our team. As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions, primarily in the field or on-site environments. Your role will involve direct interaction with potential candidates, assessing their skills, and ensuring they meet the specific requirements for our clients or internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and local networking events to attract potential candidates for open roles.
• Interviewing & Screening : Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Client Interaction : Collaborate closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and ensure the successful placement of candidates.
• Offer Management : Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate statuses, and interviews.
• Fieldwork : Visit job sites and attend job fairs to promote open positions and engage with potential candidates directly.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in field-based or blue-collar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Willingness to travel as required for on-site meetings and recruitment activities.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
