Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry contacts, Colleges, NGOs and recruitment agencies. Source and screen candidates for various job openings using various recruiting tools and techniques. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates\' qualifications, skills, and experience. Coordinate with hiring managers to review job descriptions, set hiring criteria, and provide feedback on candidate selection. Negotiate salary and benefits packages, extend job offers, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and documentation. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the organization and build the candidate pool.
