Hi, Greetings from Adhaan Solutions!!!! Immediate hiring for "Team Lead - Field Recruiter" for Bangalore location. Job location : Bangalore. Note : Must have hiring experience in field,must have hired riders and bikers. JD: Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in rider onboarding/hiring on the field. - Day shift between 10 AM - 7 PM. - Should start the day at the assigned location. - Hiring the rider as per the requirement, Shipments have to be delivered by the hired riders on a FIFO basis. - Manage the Attendance and the Payroll of the Rider. - Should be ready to work on the field, bike & android phone. - Should be responsible for rider retention & should build strong relationships with the riders & store incharge. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: 10,887.68 - 20,828.04 per month Benefits:
