About Free Smile Foundation:

We are looking for a motivated Field Operations Intern to assist in the implementation and monitoring of our programs at the grassroots level. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field operations, working closely with local communities and beneficiaries.
• Position Title : Field Operations Intern
• Location : Free Smile Foundation Office/Field
• Duration : 3-6 months
• Stipend : Small stipend/negligible
• Recognition : Certification and non-financial recognition upon completion
• Reports to : Project Coordinator/Field Officer
•Key Responsibilities: •
As a Field Operations Intern, you will support the Foundation's field activities and play a critical role in the on-ground implementation of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assist in coordinating and facilitating field activities, including community meetings, workshops, events, and training sessions.
• Work closely with field coordinators and community leaders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collect and document field data through surveys, interviews and beneficiary feedback.
• Support logistical arrangements for field visits, including coordinating transportation, accommodation, and material.
• Assist in coordinating with local authorities, partners, and volunteers for successful project execution.
• Contribute to community needs assessments and project identification.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed during field operations.
