Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team, aligned with our partner team, Tide India. The successful candidate will be responsible for training field sales teams, managing internal and external stakeholders, driving compliance training, and engaging with the Field Operations and Sales (FOS) team. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure seamless program execution and stakeholder satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: * Training and Development:

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for field sales teams.
  • Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Ensure field sales teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve sales targets and maintain compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth program execution and address any issues promptly.
  • Compliance Training:
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs to ensure all team members understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor compliance training completion and effectiveness, providing additional support as needed.
  • Field Operations and Sales (FOS) Team Engagement:
  • Regularly engage with the FOS team to understand their challenges, provide support, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between the FOS team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any concerns.
  • Program Management:
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of program milestones.
  • Analyze program performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
What makes you a great fit:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management, training, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in compliance training and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in field sales or operations.
  • Knowledge of the Indian market and regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with training and development methodologies and tools.
  • Adept with Excel and Powerpoint presentations
  • Familiarity with Hiring process(es) and related regulations
