Field Operations Associate
Job Description
1. Handling Battery Swapping & Charging Operations At Partner's Place.
2. Observing & Analyzing operational issues & bugs.
3. Acting a a middleman between Partner & EV User.
4. Assist Partner to grow business.
5. Reporting issues to EV Urjaa concerned Department & assist to resolve the issue in the runtime.
6. Partner Location business development.
7. Assigning training on field team, onboarding drivers and EV users as per location.
This is a field Job and the candidate has to work at partner's place to handle operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
