The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing the operations and activities across 16 centres located in West Bengal. The role requires frequent travel, strong communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth functioning, compliance, and efficient coordination between the central office and field locations.
• Conduct regular visits to each of the 16 centres spread across West Bengal to monitor their operations.
• Ensure that each centre adheres to the organization's policies, guidelines, and standards.
• Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and guidance to the centre staff.
• Assess the condition of infrastructure, equipment, and resources at each canter and report on any issues.
• Monitor daily activities, ensuring the proper execution of programs and services at all centres.
• Track performance metrics and ensure that targets and goals are being met.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and assist in resolving them.
• Collect data from each centre related to performance, attendance, equipment, and operations.
• Analyse data to track trends, success rates, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights to optimize operations.
